- 3 3-inch cinnamon sticks
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee
- 10 cups water
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- Coffee liqueur

- Place cinnamon in coffee pot. Scrape in vanilla seeds and add pod. Brew
- coffee with 10 cups water. Whip cream to soft peaks. Add sugar and beat
- until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into cups; add liqueur to taste.
- Top with cream.
